It is the supreme board, established by representatives, authorized by Presidents or Board of Directors of all collecting societies, participating in the platform under the title and status of “Co-Chairmanship”;

It represents the platform in all national and international activities related to Machinery Sector; issues joint declarations in bureaucratic and media fields or presents its views;

Board of Presidents convenes at least quarterly on issues related to formation and continuation of the Platform, and administrative issues or issues, which are related to the Work Schedule or its activities under chairmanship of the president of the organization, which has assumed secretariat services, or his/her representative;

A meeting quorum is not in question; organization of a meeting is determined by votes of those, who are present; decisions are taken by absolute majority of participants of the meeting.
