Secretariat services of Turkish Mechanical Industry Platform are conducted by a member organization to be determined by the Board of Presidents on the basis of voluntarism and for a period of 2 years;

The organization, assuming Secretariat services, appoints its 2 personnel for part-time and for the purpose of performance of tasks when deemed necessary;

The said officers pursue works and meetings of the Platform, the Board of Presidents, the Executive Board, and the Technical Committee, take place in organization of meetings, assume documentation thereof, distribute them to member organizations, and archive them;

Communication of the platform within its structure, its contact with the media, official authorities, and other sectoral contact persons are ensured via the said officers;
