It comprises 3 to 5 people, to be selected by the Board of Presidents for each period of 2 years;

Its president is determined by the Board of Presidents;

It is the acting organization of the platform. It conducts works in the light of decisions, taken by the Board of Presidents as well as its directions;

It convenes at specific intervals by participation of officers to be appointed by the General Secretariat of the Organization and the Platform for his services;

In parallel with its activity issues, it ensures formation of Technical Committees (or Working Groups), and it leads their works;

It submits Activity Reports to meetings of the Board of Presidents; it transmits its proposals and evaluations through the said reports to be signed by all members;
